Reed Grafke, and his wife Monette, are living examples of people who talk the talk and walk the walk. Both have dedicated their lives to charitable organizations in addition to the work they perform for their employers.

Reed Grafke is a well-known entrepreneur who works as VP of Marketing for Halek Energy, while Monette works with special needs children in addition to her duties as a corporate pilot of Jet Direct. Reed’s business ventures encompass both private companies and charitable organizations. In addition to his position at Halek, Mr. Grafke oversees the real estate company, Ascent Development Team; consulting and management firm, OneStep Inc.; and Team Kairos Foundation, a non-profit.

However, Reed’s real passion lies in facilitating charity-motivated businesses that give aid to others and have a positive influence on society. Reed uses his international business skills, background in business management, along with his experience as a minister, to effect positive change on the community at large. He uses his experience to train, and mentor, individuals from diverse cultures all over the world. This dedication to charity has given him a ticket to meet Presidents, Premieres and Prime Ministers all over the world.

Because of his charitable work, and international business experience, Reed Grafke has been invited to speak publicly to conferences and seminars around the world. Today, Reed and his wife serve as leaders at their local church, and serve on the boards of many different non-profit organizations, for-profit companies and charities. They firmly hold dear the values of: Generosity, excellence and integrity, and emphasize those values whenever they can in their daily business dealings.

While giving, and charity, is their passion, the Grafkes enjoy many leisure activities like scuba diving, fishing, flying and hunting.
